I have always been interested in “all things nature” and as an avid hiker, bike enthusiast, and photographer, it was distinctive to become increasingly aware of the beauty that surrounds us every single day. I have been harvesting berries and morel mushrooms for years; collecting flowers and ingredients for homemade teas; and because I live in Lodi, Wisconsin, appreciation for the outdoors is engrained in who I am.

        By trade, I am a carpenter and have been building, remodeling, and custom finishing home interiors for many years.  I am a perfectionist.  I often concoct creative ideas from the scrap materials from my jobs. There were a variety of inspirations that influenced Best Bat Beds.  It has been several years since the original idea came to be.  I have made many improvements and t have three great models.

         It is always a good day to hang a bat house.  I'll make you the best ones I can!
